1. Crypto-Exchange License
   (Poskytovanie služieb zmenárne virtuálnej meny)
   Authorizes holders to facilitate the exchange of one cryptocurrency for another for a fee (Crypto/Crypto).
2. Crypto E-Wallet License
   (Poskytovanie služieb peňaženky virtuálnej meny)
   Allows legal entities or branches in Slovakia to provide custodial services for virtual/crypto wallets, managing them on behalf of clients.

Holders of both authorizations can provide a wide range of virtual asset-related services, including:

Exchange Services:

1. • Virtual currency to fiat currency.
   • Fiat currency to virtual currency.
   • Virtual currency to another virtual currency.

Custodial Services:

1. • Secure storage of virtual currency on behalf of clients.
   • Transfer of virtual currency between wallets.

Temporary Fiat Custody:

1. • Holding fiat currency for a specified period before converting it to cryptocurrency.

Ready-made VASP in Slovakia.

Legal Address: Provided for one year.
